Island Pride Oasis Events Spaces is a renowned venue, offering an exceptional setting for a variety of events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, social celebrations, and much more. Below is a comprehensive guide to services, pricing, and policies that make the Island Pride Oasis a preferred choice for many.

NB: This is an absolutely no smoking zone; please respect the owners, the properties, and the space by adhering to this. If anyone is found in violation of the event rules, they will be billed an additional $250.00, and the violator will be removed from the premises.

NB: If there are items that you would like catered to you that are not on our menu, you can ask to speak to the owners, and they can make the necessary adjustments to accommodate the item(s) that you will like.

NB: Communication is key and is greatly appreciated when it comes to the island pride family, so feel free to communicate any wishes or concerns that you may have. 

· Hourly Rate: The venue can be rented for $175 per hour.

· Capacity: the space comfortably seats 80 guests and approximately 150 standing, making it versatile for both intimate and larger gatherings.

· Setup Time: clients are provided with the first hour free of charge for setting up their event.

· Clean-up: clean-up must begin one hour before the event's ending time to ensure a timely exit.

· Departure: clients are allotted 30 minutes after the event's end to finish packing up, cleaning up, and getting ready for departure; any time after that will be considered an extra hour and will be billed accordingly.

We  

· Inhouse Catering Only: To ensure the highest quality of services and safety, Island Pride Oasis does not allow outside food or liquor. All catering must be provided by the venue’s restaurant, served buffet-style.

· Buffet Options: A variety of buffet options are available, featuring dishes such as salmon, chicken breasts, shrimp, and fish. And other items featured on our menu.

· Drinks: We do offer an array of drinks, both alcoholic and nonalcoholic, which you will find on our menu. 

NB: Please speak to the person at the desk or owner about potential food or drinks that you might be excused from taking in with you. 

· Buffet options: a variety of buffet options are available, featuring dishes such as salmon, chicken breast, shrimp, and fish. The cost starts at $40 per person, depending on the selected menu.

· Full-service plated meals: for a more formal dining experience, full-service plated meals are available, starting at 45–50 per person. This service includes servers who will attend to guests throughout the meals. And for 150 or more people, the cost per person will range from $40 to $45 per person.

· Chicken buffet options: a specific buffet option focusing on chicken is available at $28 per person, ideal for those seeking a more affordable yet delicious choice. 

· Catering Delivery Fee:the fee for delivering catering to venue varies based on distance, ranging from $25 to $100

events,however,  

· Servers: if servers are required for the event, they can be hired in house at a cost of $100 each

· DJ: If a DJ is needed, we do have an in-house DJ that can be hired at an additional cost of $150 per hour.

· Decorator: if a decorator is needed to help to decorate or setup for events this will be at an additional cost of $100 per hour, and decorations should be provided to the decorator and brought in at least 2 days prior to the day of the event. 

· Plasticware: We do not provide plastic or paper plates for events however,events; if the clients need this additional item, they are free to take them with them, or if you would like us to provide it, it will be at an additional cost, which is determined by how many the clients will need This is discussed at the time of booking. 

· Take-out containers: we do not provide take-out or to-go boxes but if you would like to add this to your package for your guests, this will be at an additional cost of 50 dollars.
